Bermuda Varieties for Pasture and Hay

Bermudagrass is widely used throughout most of Oklahoma and the southern U.S.A. for pasture, hay and soil stabilization. Accordingly, the Oklahoma Agricultural Experiment directs substantial research to the use of bermudagrass and to the breeding of new bermudagrass varieties. Much of this bermudagrass research effort is carried out at the Eastern Research Station as a means of obtaining information relevant to eastern Oklahoma.
